The Morning After Pill is a pill that will allow you to have unprotected sex. Its a birth control pill that you can take within 120 hours after having sex. It will prevent pregnancy. Obama made it an over the counter pill last week. I agree with his idea, it should be over the counter. Some teens might want to have sex and not get pregnant. That's their business. It should be over the counter, it isn't like the teens are just going to buy it for no reason. Maybe they were raped and need the pill just to be safe. They also might want to use it so they won't have to go to the doctor's and let their parents know they had sex. Adults might even want to use the pill, if they have unprotected sex and do not want to get pregnant. This is why I think they should have the "Plan B"pill over the counter.
On the other hand, they shouldn't have the "Plan B" pill over the counter because kids under 18 should not have unprotected sex. Also some teens might not want to go to the store and get it over the counter because they don't want other people knowing they have sex. Some teenagers might be allergic to the chemicals and medicine inside the pill and if they take it they might get sick. Or maybe some people don't have the money for the pill. This is why i think they shouldn't have the pill over the counter.
